While many contractors and clients unfortunately do not realize the importance of a safe contractor, we do.

Decisions are made each and every day on a construction project that can affect the outcome of the day, the week, and the project if one mistake is made.

At Smith Development & Construction, we employ a full-time safety manager who regularly visits our job sites to assist and encourage safe work practices.

Each of our employees is API certified. Most consider this to be the gold standard when working in fueling and convenience store work.
